2. Report the incident

3. Gather evidence

Collect photographs of the incident, documents, names of those involved and details of the loss.

4. Follow up on documents

Submit additional information and follow up on progress with the parties involved.

Registration number, location, third-party details, driving licence, photographs and report reference number.

Property

Cause, affected area, loss-mitigation measures and a list of damaged property.

Transport

Transport documents, goods receipt, packaging photographs and letter of claim.
